The morning has embraced me in waking. It is a beginning, a chance to improve on my yesterdays, and that is what it must be. Today must be a day of activity if I am to make good on my desire for a return to wholeness. Let quiet contemplation be partnered with gentle music. These moments should have meaning and should be a foundation on which to build this day.
